I’m 34 years old, and horses have been a part of my life since I was four. I’ve always dreamed of working with and for horses, and every choice I’ve made has been driven by that goal.

In May 2015, I completed my Master’s Degree in Ethology and Biomechanics at the Norwegian University of Life Sciences (NMBU). Shortly after, I founded a company dedicated to the training and rehabilitation of sport horses here in Norway. Over the past ten years, the business has grown and evolved through experience and change. We began at Semb Hovedgård in Horten and moved to Stall NOR in Drammen in 2020, where we continue our journey today.
I currently own several horses (five and a half, to be precise!). My heart horse, Alfas Zafir (21 years old), has been with me for fifteen years and will always hold a special place in my life. He has taught me more than I could ever have imagined, and I will always be grateful for the chance to share my story with such a gentle soul.
Zafir sparked my curiosity about equine behaviour—how we can help horses find true relaxation and how vital that balance is for the wellbeing and performance of our sport horses.
